Shipping Questions
How Long Does It Take For Shipping?
If all items are in stock, we generally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem. For payment by check, we may wait to ship until after your check clears. All other payment methods ship as quickly as possible.

Do You Have Expedited Shipping?
Yes, we can ship via Federal Express.  Please call for details.

When Will I Receive My Order?
Arrival times after shipping in the United States are 2-4 days.  International arrival times vary greatly.

How Much Is Shipping?

Is Insurance Available?
Yes, but only for orders shipped in the United States.  You may select an insured option from the shipping drop down menu.  Insurance starts at $1.00.  Insurance is recommended on all shipments.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless they are insured.  If Delivery can be confirmed, insurance does not apply for "lost" packages.


Can You Ship Flat and Rolled Items Together?
We can ship up to ten photos with a poster order.  If there are more than ten, photos and posters will ship separately and you will be charged two separate shipping charges.
Lobby Cards and Mini Posters can not be combined with any other items on the site, as they ship directly from the manufacturer.  There will be two separate shipping charges if you order LC's or MP's and any other items.

How Are Items Packed?

Can My Billing & Shipping Address Be Different?
Yes.  We do need the billing address of your credit card for verification purposes.
We will ship to the billing address or any other address you provide.

Do You Do Gift Orders?
Yes, please write a message in the comments field if their is a note to enclose with your order.

Can I Check My Order Status?
Yes, feel free to email and we will check for you.

Is My Package Trackable?
For the most part, we do use Delivery Confirmation on the packages we send.  While not "trackable" per se, it will give you a shipment date.

Payment Questions
How Can I Pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express.  We also accept Checks and Money Orders.  Paypal is possible, please email for directions.

Are Credit Card Transactions Safe?
Yes.  Our Virtual Cart program is secure.

What Is Your Returned Check Policy?
If your check is returned, you will be charged the amount of the check plus our bank fee plus $5.00.  If the check is turned over to a Collection Agency, any fees they access will also be applied.

What Do (C) The Poster Codes Mean?
(R) = Reprint One Sheet poster (approx. 27"X 40")   
(O) = Original One Sheet poster  (27"x 40") 
(C) = Commercial poster, approx. 23"X 35", or 24"x 36"     
(CR)= Classic Reprint poster (most of these poster's original printing plates are long gone, therefore, many were copied from original posters, and some defects or fold lines may be visible) sizes may vary, but are approx. 26"x 38"
(COS)= Commercial Oversized,  Approx 26"x38" or Approx 27"x39"
(F)= Folded    
(H)= Horizontal  
(BW)= Black & White        
(BQ)=   British Quad  
(Video)= Video Poster approx 26" x 40", or  27" x 40"

What Is A Reprint or Commercial Movie Poster?
The basic definition is that these are not original posters printed directly by the movie studio for promotional purposes.  Reprint and commercial posters are made by various poster companies that acquire the licensing to reproduce the image. The main differences are sizing, copyright information, and sharpness of text print. 

Size: Originals are always 27x40 inches (give or take a 1/8 inch) while reprints will vary from 22x34 inches up to 27x40 inches.

Copyright:  Originals will usually say PRINTED IN THE USA at the bottom, whereas reprints will sometimes have the reprint company name (ZigZag, Scorpio, Film Freaks, Funky, etc).

Text:  You can usually tell a poster is a reprint by looking at the credits & small print text at the bottom. Some reprints are produced by taking a picture of the original and then using that picture to make the posters. This can cause credits and other small text or logos on the reprint to be a bit grainy or washed out. The credits and small text or logos on originals are sharp and solid.

Sometimes however, the quality of the reprint is as good as the original, and without having them side by side, may be impossible to tell.  All of our posters are clearly marked with codes (O), (R) and/or the words Original, Reprint or Commercial in the item description.
(O) = Original 27x40 approximately
(R) = Reprint, 26x40, 27x39, or 27x40 approximately
(C) = Commercial, sizes vary from 22x34 to 25x36 approximately
(CR) = Commercial reprint, 26x38 approximately
(COS) = Commercial Oversize, 26x38, 27x39, or 27x40 approximately
We use the different codes to differentiate between sizes, suppliers, and whether or not the poster has cast & crew credits at the bottom.


Is The Item In Stock?
Most items are in stock.  If not, we generally can get items within a week or so.  If there is a major problem, we will do our best to let you know.  We do not backorder.  All items in an order will be held until in stock and then ship at one time.

Do You Have A Catalog?
No, we do not have a printed catalog.  Browsing the website is our Catalog!

Do You Have Frames?
We have frames for the 8x10 photos in the Accessories category.  The Lobby Cards and Mini Posters come in their own ready to hang display.  We do not sell Poster frames.

Do You Special Order?
Yes!  Let us know what you want and we will try to get it!

How Do I Find An Item On The Site?
Browse the various categories on the site or use the Search function for specific items.

Is The Poster Size Accurate?
Yes, within a quarter of an inch or so.  We do our best to update sizes should they change.  Due to the fact that we obtain our posters from different suppliers, it may on occasion occur that a poster size may differ from the size stated.  If you are going to frame something, please wait until you receive the poster to have it properly sized.  If you have an existing frame, feel free to email us and check on sizing.

Will The Item I Receive Look Like The Image?
We do our best to find images or take photos that will accurately reflect the image of each item.  However, given the size of the images on this site, deviations are possible between the image and the actual item. 

What condition are the posters in? 
Unless noted, all posters are brand new, never used.

What Is The Poster Club?
Currently, the Poster Club is a bulk email list to offer special deals and let you know about new releases.  We hope to expand the Poster Club benefits in the future.  Your email address is not shared with anyone.

Do You Wholesale?
Yes, but only to vendors in the United States. Wholesale is available on most items on the site.  Please email for more information.
